I want to be a successful seaman someday. Not just because I want it but because this was already my ambition since Grade 6. I like to follow my Uncle's footprints. I like water and I want to go to many places/countries. What I like about being a seaman is that they earn big amount of money. I want to be a seaman with a high rank that's why I am going to an academy, PMMA to train and gain knowledge. :) 

"Joining fraternities or sororities promotes the spiritual and moral development of youth."

- For me, it is not advisable to join fraternities or sororities just to promote the spiritual and moral development of youth. We can endorse it through simple friendships or "barkadas" which is harmless than joining fraternities/sororities. We can also make activities such as meetings, outings and other activities that can help promote spiritual and moral development to youth, like us. :))

ADVANCEMENT IN TECHNOLOGY

- This is one of the reasons why our moral degenerates. New gadgets are examples of advancement in technology.  Gadgets can easily access us to pornographic sites or other websites which are not allowed to minor ages. We use gadgets in different ways. Others use it to search bad sites, others use it to gain new informations. Honestly, gadgets for me are materials that entertain us and help us to know more things like news and updates.-


-Let's use the new technologies in a positive way. :))

"For what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his own soul"

- I'll forget everything except for God because I believed that these things are just temporary.-

 Enjoying luxuries can drag us away from God. Money can't help us in our problems. We should not rely on these things too much. We should not worship these things. Because of these things, we might forget Him. These luxuries and other materials are temporary. God is very powerful. He can remove all of these things from us. 

We can enjoy these luxuries but we should know our limitations.:) 

"Life is God's gift to the person; how the person lives it is his gift to god."


- The statement means that our life is a gift from God which we must value and appreciate. Each day we live, every accomplishment we make, we dedicate to Him. Each action we take, we must see to it that it is according to His teachings. How we live our life and share it with others is a reflection of our love to God. This is the gift that we offered back to Him.  

God is very powerful and lovable. He made everything. He created us. He is perfect. He can make miracles and grant wishes. He sacrificed himself for us.
